I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help with my recent real estate transactions.As everyone knows, buying and selling a home can be very stressful, and you made it as smooth as possible.
I specifically wanted to thank you for the prescreening you did of potential homes.I gave you a list of very specific, very discriminating needs for my new home.I was very impressed by your ability to sort through all the homes on the market and only show me ones that met my criteria.And I was amazed that you were actually able to find so many that fit.
Of course, it goes without saying that the home I ended up purchasing is absolutely perfect!Although I only moved in two months ago, I can't imagine living anywhere else.The location and amenities are ideal, and I know I will be happy there for a long, long time.
I also wanted to acknowledge how well the sale of my old house went.The facts that I was able to sell after only being on the market for 12 hours and for so much more over asking price are testaments to your abilities as a real estate agent.
I also appreciate all your efforts in the inspection/request for repair process.Your knowledge and expertise helped that along considerably.

I can not say enough about the expert, and professional way in which Ed handled everything.
Approximately six months ago, my daughter and I were fortunate enough to meet Ed MacLaughlin, who has been absolutely wonderful in getting Vanessa into her new home in Redondo Beach.
Ed worked tirelessly for months, showing us property, and educating us in the Redondo Beach market.
As Vanessa is a physician, and has started in a practice in Redondo Beach, there were a great many hurdles to be over-come, to bring this to a successful conclusion.
I can not say enough about the expert, and professional way in which Ed handled everything.
He found a terrific property which was in a price range that would work.
There were, as there always are in Real Estate transactions, a myriad of problems, which Ed worked through smoothly, effectively, and also very kindly.
He guided us to an expert lender, and literally held this deal together with diplomacy, tact, and diligence.
Ed finalized this transaction, smoothed out all of the problems, and ended up by leaving Vanessa a gorgeous floral arrangement, and numerous gift coupons for very helpful vendors in town.
I was a realtor myself for many years, and know the many pitfalls of this business. Never, before, have I worked with such a deft, and expert agent as Ed. He has become a trusted friend.
Now that Vanessa is practicing at "Cancer Care' and working out of three hospitals as well, she will be referring Ed to any of her colleagues who inquire about her home, and we will do everything we can to further Mr. MacLaughlin's career in the area.
